I don't have to watch this video to know Ngoudjo looks bad. I too think Paulie out points him with general ease, 8-4, but this video doesn't prove anything. Every single fighter to ever fight Emannuel Burton/Augustus has come out looking considerably worse than they are. He's just a tough out.
