Doubtful. Most people don't take his retirement seriously. If they do, I'd be shocked and saddened at their ******ity. And he's not even "officially" retired. He's on hiatus.

For the record, the fight WASN'T AS boring as most expected. Not exciting, but not as bad as people expected.
but can u honestly say that after a performance such as that that they are still p4p guys? and honestly can u say b-hop is better p4p than winky even though he won?

I can SAY a lot of things. But that's not how p4p rankings SHOULD be considered.

Hopkins beat Wright, heads up. It's hard to honestly dispute that. You can say, p4p he would fair better. BUT, then you can also counter that with the heads up argument. Therefore, you go with what you can prove. HEADS UP. Hopkins beats him there, so you gotta go with reality.

In terms of both being p4p, yo have to take into consideration that they are fighting in "big fights" and are still fairing OKay. If some young guy comes in and takes them out, that's one thing. It hasn't happened. Just because they have slipped SLIGHTLY or OTHERWISE, doesn't mean that other fighters have excelled passed them. You gotta prove that, just like they have to prove they are worth of being on the list.

For example.. Take them out of the top 10. Who SHOULD be there. OVER Wright and Bernard, keep in mind. They have to be able to do well in their divisions, have to have the same level of resumes and have to be able to beat Wright and Hopkins p4p, with the same OR A BETTER upside.

You might be able to find fighters for you personally, but I don't get offended when ESPN or The Ring Magazine doesn't...
