Most disappointing fighter in 2007

Sergio Mora is the most disappointing fighter in 2007. He had the opportunity to fight for the Middleweight title and turned it down. Had the chance to fight Kassim Ouma, a big name, but that fight got canned. And he got a 'draw' that probably will set his career backwards a bit.

I agree with Mora, but Ouma also underperformed
