Well, Steve was present at the infamous Spadafora-Mayweather sparring session. He told me that Mayweather hadn't been in the gym in 6 months and Spadafora was about 2 weeks from a fight. ****y as hell, Mayweather told Steve, who was sparring with Spaddy, let me get some of that work.

Mayweather went in there and was out of shape and getting worked over by Spaddy. But Steve related that it was a sparring session and despite the hype, Spaddy has nothing for an in shape Mayweather.

That would explain why Mayweather was wearing a shirt covering his body. He was obviously out of shape.
