      Well Taylor didn't take a huge beating.
      He just got caught with a huge shot.

      Hatton/Mayweather was more a case of Floyd breaking him down piece by piece.
      In Round 8, Hatton took a pretty bad beating though.

      I never saw the other one.

        I agree, Pavlik-Taylor was a lot more competitive and close until the KO, compared to Hatton-Mayweather.

                Hatton took a vicious beating. He was eating right hand shots that snapped his head back. He got ****knocked into the turnbuckle and his corner threw in the towel. Against a SMALLER man.

                Taylor was fighting a KNOWN big puncher and Taylor was one good punch from winning that fight himself.

                Either way, BOTH those fights ended how I wanted them to. Joy.

                    Yes I did. Taylor got caught with a huge shot, backed up into the ropes, and then Pavlik starting teeing off on him.

                    He didn't take an all around beating throughout the fight, in fact, he was up on the cards at the time of the stoppage and he dropped Taylor once.
