Kessler landed a higher % but he threw less punches and that won't win you a fight against Joe.
well not normally, your right..however..Joe would not b the favorite in this fight as he has been in most...Hop will b the fan and hometown for say favorite..and if it goes the distance Hop will get the W with those kind of punch numbers

Hopkins will outbox him. He doesn't outwork guys anymore. He may rough up Calzaghe and use his skills to beat him. Just cuz his hands are fast doesn't mean he'll win. Calzaghe's good though. Not a easy fight for either. Joe hasn't fought someone as good as Bernard. I think Bernard will try and show him different looks. Both guys can win this fight.

While Joe is staying busy with his punch output..B-Hop will choose each 60 seconds per round wisely to his advantage...

ring generalship will be the key for a hopkins victory...Joe better not make him think in there or else...Hopkins will set traps for Joe to come in winging his slaps... c'mon man, never count hopkins out...its like his 2 losses to Taylor made him unbeatable now, he definitely learned alot more from those losses...

Look...Hopkins is a smart fighter. He'll either win or lose by a razor thin decision. If he loses, it will be the same way he lost to Taylor... waiting for the perfect counter punch. Hopkins has the ability to beat JC if he chooses to fight the way Pavlik fought Taylor. He's gotta be willing to take a couple of shots and mix it up a little bit.

unless every 60 seconds he's going to headbutt joe i don't see you're point.

              We're talking about Hopkins here...
He'll never fight the kind of fight where he can take a few shots and come back with his own...
His biggest chance is that counter and lead right hand, that's it.
Joe will surprise Hopkins when that plan backfires on him.

he'll choose his shots, potshot even...headbutts are like bonuses to him...if it happens then great for him, its like blood to a shark in the water...

                  Headbutts are his only chance.
