    Hatton vs. Pacquiao

You heard it here first. There has been mention of De La Hoya - Pacquiao, this makes much more sense because of the closeness of the weight, and they are both such icons in their national countries. After the exposure that Hatton got against Mayweather, this would be a huge superfight.

Of course I don't have any proof or sources, as of now this is my speculation, but watch, it's gonna happen.

that would be a big money fight. but imo the bigger hatton would rule.
i wouldnt mind seeing manny fight the dangerous joan guzman at 130 a couple fights down the road but doubt pac would risk it.
guzman made 130 at weigh in. on fight night he was 148 and still too fast and tuff for h.soto.

Hatton will be to big for pacman IMO!!! Plus he would have no problem putting the type of pressure that he talked about putting on floyd on pac!!! Due to the fact that pac isnt anywhere near as good a boxer as floyd is and he wouldnt be worried about pacs power!!!

You see, I don't think Pacquiao's camp is going to touch Guzman with a ten foot pole. I really think that guy is just too slick for Pacquiao. I actually would like Pacquiao's chances against Hatton better than against Guzman believe it or not. I would be shocked if Pacquiao ever went in the ring against Guzman.

If he fought Hatton, his payday would be 2, maybe 3 times more than anything he has ever made. Especially now that there is renewed mainstream interest in boxing. Pacquiao has a high enough work rate to keep pace with Hatton, and I think Pacquiao could easily carry enough power up to 140 to do damage.

Hatton will push him around and knock him out.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't pick Pacquiao to beat Hatton. But I think he would have a reasonable chance. Considering the colossal payday involved, I think this is gonna happen down the road.

If Pac's name has been mentioned in the same sentence as De La Hoya, weight-wise the fight with Pacquiao is a lot more realistic.

OK, I had to bump this up!!! I make this prediction like yesterday, it is starting to come true one day later!!!! One day later Arum is announcing plans to make it happen, and I had NO insider information, just intuition.

Did I call it or what?!!!!

C'mon, lets get some karma going on over my way, gotta give karma for that ****.

As much as I'd love this fight to happen, I just don't see it. Pacman would prefer to fight Guzman rather than deal with a bigger and busier hatton.

Pac makes about 5 times the payday against Hatton then he does against Guzman.

Guzman is the style matchup from hell for Pacquiao.
