Has Floyd earned a vacation ??

    Floyd Haters:

name of a fighter (currently active) that has accomplished more than Floyd ... An Active Fighter...? If anybody has earned a vacation it is him....

If his body is hurting why shouldnt he rest untill he is 100%

    Floyd Fans

Why would Floyd leave right now... when Boxing is giving him the stage to shine..... This is his time to prove he is the Best ever..?

he should take the chance to beat Cotto before
    somebody else does...(Paul Williams)
Because if he comes back and fight Cotto after cotto loses... People will not give you credit....

What do you think Has Floyd earned a vacation ??

I don't know how one "earns" a vacation.
    Either stay or go.

Like someone pointed out in another thread, Cotto's full of **** anyway.
He made it seem like all he does is fight and that he never requests fights, he just takes care of who Arum puts in front of him and now all the sudden when he sees Mayweather wants to leave, he's calling him out.

With that said, I think he should just fight Cotto, reach 40-0-0, and silence all the critics.

After that, there will not be anyone left in boxing who can claim that they "deserve" a shot at Floyd.

Floyd's lying anyway. He'll fight at the end of the year next year if Cotto does something spectacular.

So you are saying Floyd is acting like this:

{Floyd} ooooooh, I'm hurting real bad. My injuries are so bad. The Pain, ooooh, the pain. I don't think I should fight anymore. I don't know. How can I heal my pain, I wish I knew{while extending his hand and giving the money gesture by rubbing his fingers together}...I just don't know {continuing the money gesture}.

          Exactly...

For Floyd/Cotto to happen in the fall of next year:

Tito Trinidad must lose to Roy Jones Jr.

Miguel Cotto must do something huuuuge early in the year.

            Seriously
Cotto should Fight Paul Williams before anyone else....

because lately he has been fighting Floyds leftovers
(everybody knows fighters are not the same after they fight floyd)

or he have been fighting unproven prospects...

            Mohamad Abdulaev 138¾ 15-1-0
            Paul Malignaggi 138¼ 21-0-0
            Carlos Quintana 147 23-0-0
            140 Kelson Pinto 139 21-0-0

            He should fight Paul Williams...period...
            and prove his worth...

because the only World Class fighters he has fought....has been
            Zab judah...
            and
            Shane Mosley..

            Cotto fight Williams...

I think fans and viewers tend to forget that these guys are human too.

When you've be in boxing ALL of your life, train hard, work hard to stay in shape it can take its toll on you. Some fighters you see get old overnight are ones who don't listen to their bodies in some instances. Floyd also fights in a manner where he absorbs a lot of body shots in order to roll and not get hit to the end. After years of his type of training, in ring time, conditioning and dedication, it takes its toll even if he doesn't get hit to the head a lot.

If you were a boxer and you'd beat EVERYONE put in front of you convincibly, surely you're due a vacation? Therefore Floyd has.

All I'm saying is that if he wants to leave, he should just retire.

If he goes on a long vacation, he runs the risk of not being able to return to how good he once was.
