    Retire on top.
Well, I got slammed a while back, prior to the Hatton fight by saying he wasn't the same fighter. Floyd's smart so he adapts to where he is at physically and mentallly in his life.

I wasn't sure if it was the extra weight on his frame (which may cause stamina problems on his small frame), hand problems and other injuries and/or mental change, which he suggested he has changed over the years, becoming more cautious of how he fights in the ring because he has more to live for, his kids.

He throws less punches, doesn't use the jab nearly as much, pot-shots more often, which means less combinations, especially from the start of the fight on, goes to the ropes instead of moving around like he used to do at Lightweight, etc.

Physical prime was a lightweight, and I may even say mental.

He use to go for the win from the beginning of round 1 on.

The Original Floyd would have taken it to Oscar, if not in the beginning, he would have start to put pressure on his ass if he thought it was close.

Before people bring up Castillo (I), it's hard to do it with one arm against a great fighter in their prime.

Let's hope Williams after williams beats Cotto...

If Cotto takes the fight (which he wont) but Iwont to see Floyd fight Williams

That the only fight i see floyd Losing... if he doesnt actually Fight...
Same here, I think Williams is the only one who can beat him.

He further added that his upper back was hurting, which limited his mobility.

Boxing has taken one hell of a toll on me and my body is breaking down now," the 30-year-old Mayweather said, five days after his 39th professional fight. "I'm not the same now as when I was younger. My body is telling me the time is getting close when I can't do this any more."

He said he needs a long vacation and wouldn't commit to fighting again at all. While he stopped short of saying he's going to retire, he said he won't fight unless his body feels better than it does now.

LOL! What a ****en joke! His elbow must hurt not because of Baldomier but because he used the elbow so much against Hatton. He was elbowing Hatton any chance he got, mayweather is one funny person. All of a sudden he's doing what Delahoya does and only fight once a year, lol, man too funny. Mayweather is trying too much to be like Delahoya.
