People forget that Paulie got outboxed by Miguel Cotto. Outboxed.

Cotto also managed to beat slick boxers like Quintana (who outboxed Joel Julio), Judah, and Mosley.


In other words, Cotto is better then Hatton.

Paulie has a lot of guts and that's what will get him into trouble in a fight with Hatton. Hatton will be all over him and Paulie is ****y enough to let him and **** it out with him. His best chance is to frustrate Hatton with his constant jabbing and footwork, but his skills are nowhere near Floyd's and Hatton's footwork is pretty impressive. I don't see Hatton knocking him out as I'm not all that impressed with his power and Paulie's got a lot of heart, but Hatton by 116-112 seems realistic.

Mayweather didn't do too much boxing in the Hatton fight, and actually what Mayweather does now isn't the ordinary and usual boxing we are accustomed to so when you say outbox him better probably, but doesn't mean it would be a better performance.

That's what I'm saying. Mayweather wasn't up for a Baldomir-esque performance and just be happy with outboxing Hatton. He wanted to go toe to toe and see what he can do.


Paulie on the other hands only goes one way and that is, stick and move all night. He will use his feet to move alot more then floyd and beat Hatton by a UD..........Hatton will not have anything to hold because Paulie will be backing up and away all night long.

he does but hatton is a different kind of fighter. Cotto fights at a slow pace which suits Malignaggi. Hatton is in your face and uses all kinds of movement.

Hatton has power at 140, an awful lot of it.
Hattons footwork is quicker than Paulies, hes going no where. Hatton is more powerful and a slicker boxer than u give him credit for.
