I dont think Ricky goes into the equation. It will possibly be Margarito, DLH or PBF himself. Later on in the year I can see him fighting Cintron, Williams or even Clottey.. How is that list PBF's scraps?

Ricky's trainer said he wouldn't let him fight at 147 again based on his two performances at that weight. Although Billy said that was regardless of money, I don't believe they would turn down an Oscar fight.

It has nothing to do with weight. Ok, ricky is indeed the smallest ww i can think of but who's right next to him? Floyd mayweather and he does "ok" in that division. I think ricky could do very well against most ww and by that i mean wins. He could def beat Cotto. Cotto has no ko power on his hands like Mayweather nor he can defend against pressure that well. If ricky goes down in weight he wont get the big fights he needs and now there is no 0 to defend so i say Ricky, go for it! Grab a tune up fight to see how strong u are and then try to get Cotto or Williams Or Citron. That's the money right there. Oscar is a different matter. Even at 147 Oscar is too big for most ww and mos def to ricky. I honestly don't think oscar can lose at 147. I honestly don't think he can make 147 anymore either. :S

Before Cotto even went up to WW Hatton and his camp said they wanted no piece of Cotto at 147lbs.

Actually, Hatton would love to fight Cotto and that was said less than 3 weeks ago.

Cotto will probably fight Joshua Clottey, if he beats Shamone Alvarez and then look to fight Antonio Margarito.

I still have the article link some where BigPoppa from before Cotto went up to WW. That and the fact that they have made Hatton is no WW he is a jrWW has become there mantra makes me highly doubtful that Cotto is a real consideration for them.
