    Hatton's Weight vs Floyd?

Why do you guys think about Hatton's weight? I ask this because if you remember, before the fight everyone was talking about how Hatton was going to come in at his 140 pound weight and that would be a good thing. I said the whole time that it was ****** for him to do that and it would cause him to get KO. People overreacted to the Collazo fight. Collazo is a very good fighter and he's a big southpaw. Him and Floyd are totally different.

I said that if anything, Hatton shouldve done the opposite. He shouldve came in smaller against Callazo because he's too big for Hatton to muscle. However, Hatton should put on as much weight as possible against Floyd because he's going to really try to muscle him. Who cares about you losing some speed when your not going to be faster or be able to outbox Floyd anyway? He shouldve came in at 160 like he did against Callazo and he wouldve really had a better chance to wear Floyd down. No one in boxing is even close to being able to outskill him. Your only going to beat him by just overpowering him and being to big & strong for him. I really do believe that plan backfired on him. I said it was dumb because Floyd is always the smaller man so why would you come in so small that you make Floyd look bigger then you? The combination of Hatton coming in small and Floyd starting to grow at WW made it a mismatch. That extra weight wouldve helped Hatton alot.

People got the Collazo fight all wrong. Hatton didnt look slow at all in that fight. He was just fighting a big slick southpaw who is good and he still won. Everyone rips Hatton like its a bad thing. Mostly everyone would have hell with Callazo and a ton of guys would lose to him. They overreacted to that fight and it made him change his weight vs Floyd which was a bad bad move. Also, I wonder what happened to the HBO weigh-in? They didnt have that listed. The only guys who usually get away with that are Oscar & Gatti becasue they dont want to let people know how much bigger they are then there opponent

Hatton looked HORRIBLE against Uraungo at 140 and he looked pretty bad the second half of the fight against Collazo....so know matter what he weighed result would have been the same with Floyd MAYWEATHER JR. A ud or tko loss.....
