Katsidis is fighting Juan Diaz next, so my guess would be Thaxton, and that the listing is typical Frank Warren shenanigans - "We wanted this fight, but so and so wasn't available, so we're "forced" to go to Plan B."
That said, Khan-Thaxton isn't a bad fight at this stage for Amir. Thaxton is probably a step up (or more) from Graham Earl (which was also a solid test for Khan this early in his career); it's not a bad fight at all to begin his 2008 campaign.
I thought the Katsidis/Diaz fight was called off already, due to problems with the split.
