i would like this fight...i'd be sitting on the edge of my seat for the whole 12 rounds but i like this fight.

it might even get paulie a ppv payday after this fight. (cant see this being a $50 HBO PPV just because paulie isnt widely known to casual fans)

this would be one of those fights you cant take your eyes off of the whole 12 rounds because paulie has no power (very little power) and hatton is very explosive with his punches when he lets his hands go.

what i see happening is paulie out boxing him for many rounds but the reason you cant walk out of the room is because hatton would get a good shot in and knock paulie out.

its one of those fights where the points dont matter until its over. theres a danger of a knockout at ANY point in the fight.

if paulie can stick to the gameplan and BOX hatton (instead of trying to prove his courage and trade with him) paulie is fast and slick enough to score a 12 round decision.

hatton is stong enough and has decent speed to where he can catch paulie if he can cut off the ring effectively.

it would be definately a boxing fan's fight.

He said that There were opportunities for him to throw punches and he chose to hold. It seems that the guy holds first and hits second. It gets ridiculous to watch.

i think fans will be split 50/50 on this fight.

at least they both have the mayweather/hatton fight to study...it would be a similar style matchup or de la hoya/mayweather...

Paulie is willing to trade though. Remember the Cotto fight...

And all Hatton does......is come straight forward and make it a fight. He's done that his entire career, and he used his strength/quickness at 140 to just bull rush his opponents and **** on them................taking some to give some. Malignaggi showed that he had heart by sustaining the beating from Cotto and by trading, but outside of that fight, he's fought using the same cautious defensive style he's always used.

I think that's an easier said than done case.

Because the person who created the blueprint isn't necessarily an average or even good-excellent ring tactician. More like Great, and maybe the greatest of all time when it comes to boxing in a tactical sense.
