    yep, through the fight there were occasions but in the early rounds hit and hold was the primary tactic.

    I'm not taking anything away from Mayweather. He did everything perfectly. My beef is with Cortez who made many errors. comedic almost.

            I stopped picking against Mayweather after I saw how he trained for the Baldomir fight. Mayweather has superior talent and he never enters the ring with less stamina than his opponent. He wasn’t trying to extend the beating he was trying to extend the fight. If both guys slow down the advantage goes to Mayweather. A winded Mayweather can still land punches a winded Hatton Is in trouble. There was no reason to risk getting caught by hashing it out with Hatton in the middle of the fight. It made more sense for him to avoid getting hit.
