If he doesn't get the fight with Joe he needs to go back to 154. It may be tough but I think he still can do it. I think he beats Forrest, Mayo, or just about anyone else at that weight. He's definitely running out of time though. He needs to make a final run before his time goes bye bye.

Yea Winky definitely didn't look good at the higher weight, although B-Hop had something to do with it I'm sure. He looked to fatigue quicker than normal and his legs weren't under him like normally. I think the added weight played the biggest role in this. I do think he can be competitive and even have a chance to pull off the upset against Joe Cal if he comes in below the limit of 168.
