2007 - The year that saved boxing

Well. 2007. When our sport was looking down for the count. When there was no big fights, not consistently, we got consistency. This is an appreciation thread for golden boy promotions, and the other promoters who have made our sport big again. Where it should naturally be.

It begs the question though, how big have golden boy promotions been in the resurrection of boxing?

Yeh the fighters have been willing to fight the best. Mosley Cotto. Kessler Calzaghe. The list goes on and on. Hats off to them.

Kind of forgot to mention Bob Arum, i knew i forgot someone, he has been instrumental in the success.

The Blow-Manfredo card nearly turned me off boxing for good, but generally it's been the best year of the millennium IMO.
