So if Floyd was 50 year old and Hatton beat him 20-1 against, does that mean he beat a great? Yeah it does, because Floyd was a great, as was Kosta...but it don't mean it was a great win, given the circumstances.

Kostya was not washed up at all. He was still a dangerous fighter.

He was still a very dangerous fighter. He was also still washed up. Before you say 'But he beat Mitchell', yes, he did. He was angry and was able to blast him out in three rounds at his own pace. Against someone who was going to pressure him a lot and make him fight at an uncomfortable pace his age was too much and injuries/layoff too bad/long. Five or six years earlier he would've kept Hatton at bay like he did through the middle rounds all night long and won a pretty easy decision. But, he had slowed considerably and didn't have the stamina he used to. I remember his sparring partners Soliman and N'Dou both said after it they thought he shouldn't have fought after Mitchell. His intensity and timing in training was simply gone.

Still, he was a dangerous fight and Hattons best by far along with PBF.

Indeed, but he was gettin at Hatton in the 3rd and took a helluva shot which was no fake. He could've maybe got up but Hatton scented blood at that point.
