Mayweather's always shown respect after the fight. I think boxer's in general have great respect for each other at the higher levels, the only people who generally don't show any class are these internet losers who couldn't last a round with amateur competition.

What Mayweather said is certainly the right thing to do and admirable, but at the same time it's easy to do when you win. The true test of being classy is when you lose.

Why The Mayweather dodge threads

I have seen a few threads now moaning about mayweather not wanting to fight cotto and all this talk about him dodging people. There was the same talk of mayweather dodging hatton but look he did fight him.
I know he has said he is going to take a break from boxing but it wont be for long imo, and i am sure he will fight cotto at some point in the next 12-18 months. people are being to harsh on him if they think because mayweather hasn’t signed to fight cotto the day after that he is ducking him. We just have to wait to see what happens next.

I think as Hatton was Laying on the canvas.. and people were still cheering Hatton on.. SOmething might have finaly dawned on Floyd Mayweather... people can't stand him.. I think he realises what a PR disaster his career has been.. We all know Floyd just wants to be liked... Sadly he lacks the social skills.. I do believe That ..to put it quite simply..
