I am just pissed about the lack of intelligence on this board.

Hatton is a hell of a fighter and he gave a hell of a performance.

A kind of fighter like Mayweather comes once in a lifetime.

When have you seen a fighter like him since Pea?

I havent found a fighter with the type of skillset that he has.

I had pretty much the same card as Lederman.

You guys are favoring POTSHOTTING over agression that was fairly effective.

Mayweather as throwing a singel punch at the time. And it was that laser right hand that doesn't do much damage.

Seriously, open your damn eyes.

But honestly, those potshots were the difference in those early rounds.

Mayweather landed just as often and just as hard on the inside as Hatton did. You are either just focusing on Hatton when they are on the inside, or you just don't notice the work Floyd does on the inside as well. For the most part, I felt Floyd held his own very, very well on the inside, and won those rounds with the cleaner punches on the outside.

I agree. I was pretty surprised at some people saying that Hatton was dominated the entire fight. I gave Hatton 4 rounds including the even round the first time I watched it. The second time I watched it I gave Hatton 3 rounds. He made Mayweather uncomfortable the first 6 rounds, then Floyd adapted and dominated from the 7th or the 8th round. Saying Hatton was dominated the entire fight is rubbish.

BTW the reason why you are pissed off is the way PBF Fans celebrated after his victory and deservingly so because of the way Hatton fans talked before the fight, im sure it would have been worse if floyd lost.

You should probably take a 15 minute break or something... you seem ****ing furious.

I think Hatton gave a hell of a performance too.

Honestly though, do you think Hatton overwhelmingly won more than 1 or 2 rounds (not saying Floyd overwhelmingly won the rest). I think the wide disparity in scoring for the fight resides in the fact that some people hold aggression and ring-generalship (god what a nebulous term) in higher regard than others. Those who score on clean punching were going to give a lot of rounds to Floyd. Those who felt that aggression was important, along with the fact that Hatton was backing Floyd up (make no mistake, Floyd was not backing up willingly the whole time Floyd fans) would give more rounds to Hatton (and because he was obviously doing damage too).

I also think that some judging of Floyd might be skewed (probably not your scorecard since you have seen more than his last two fights Tec) because everyone has gotten it in their head that he punches like a vagina.

Just my thoughts on the fight.

I agree, Hatton is one hell of a fighter, and gave a great, great performance, I thought Hatton fought to the best of his abilities, he was just up against a fighter who had more weapons and experience.
