Little did I know the ref would take away what chance he did have completely. Letting Floyd hold and hit frequently early in the fight, and letting Floyd push off with his elbow to the ribs and throat throughout the fight. When he took away a point for Ricky hitting one of the ropes as Floyd flopped through the ropes and then stayed there to make sure a point would be taken, Ricky realized he had zero chance to win a decision. So he did the only thing he could with a 20 inch reach, jump in and try to work on the inside. After losing the next 3 rounds in a row, he tried jumping in while throwing from a distance and got caught with a beautiful left hook, and his momentum carried him into the ring post, which did further damage as he was head first. But he couragiously got back up and continued to come at Floyd in spite of his legs being gone. You're a moron for not giving him any credit at all.
A lot of good points there, couldnt have put it better myself.

How many people do you know who would take a KD like the first one AND STILL COME FORWARD AND TRY AND PRESS THE FIGHT?

Anyone who hates on Hatton after watching that fight isnt a true boxing fan.

At the moment I would probably agree, Ricky cant have as much faith in his chin as he used to, and it may take him a few fights to get back up to the level he once was. Then again, it may have the opposite effect and he completely destroys anyone he fights.

Magic Man at 140 is his probable next opponent though, I would still back Hatton, I'll be looking your way for a bet

Hatton would not lose against any of the current 140 belt holders.
                Stops Witter with Body shot.

I dont think it would be easy, but he beats both of those fighters.

Though Hattons trainer was saying before the Floyd fight, Hatton had maby 2-3 fights. I hope that's not true. He's only like 29 I think.
