Full props to floyd for winning but if the roles were reversed and would Floyd come over here to fight ricky?
In the battle of who is in the wrong weight division, you're not going to win.

Floyd was a natural 130 pounder who has never been over 155 (or close) in his life.

Hatton started at 140 and gets into the 180's.

Ricky will have been heavier than Floyd for about 360 days this year.

nah .. for billy graham to now say hatton didn't belong in the divison
just shows they were all doing a good acting job
they were there to lie down, to get the pay day ...
good for them ... i feel bad for the british fans that wasted their time
and money to fly to the US. tszyu had to take far more fouling
and he quit only when he had really gotten roughed up
watch the knockout, that was NOT a knockout shot
if it was Hatton would have been out cold on the ground
he missed, got hit by a good shot and then lay down
the second one he basically fell down ... pathetic
Mayweather has not had a knockout in 4 years
and wont be knocking anyone out again anytime soon
you will see ... Hatton basically gave up and took his payday

at this time I dont think the outcome would be different anywhere in the world.
Rickys time to fight Mayweather was after tszu when he was full of confidence and they were both jww.
In the 3 years since then, Floyd has got bigger, stronger and even better in the ring where as rickys beat no marks in urango, collazo and mausa as well as going on the piss and not looking after himself

                Absolutely.
I posted the exact same thing. Hatton said that he saw mayweather at the Gatti weigh-in and wondered if Floyd was big enough or strong enough to hold him off.

But in that time, FMJ has been sparring and training with full MW's and SMW's. How did hatton so badly underestimate Floyd?

I think there has been some bad under estimation of Floyd, I think they looked at the tapes of Castillo and dlh and thought we would beat him with pressure but Ricky was not big enough to do this. Floyd was very very clever, they kicked up a stink about ricky hugging b4 the fight but every time Ricky got inside it was Floyd who grabbed ricky.
What really annoyed me was ricky wasting energy with big left hooks, Floyd was ducking down well b4 Ricky attempted to throw so why did he do it

Thats what they are supposed to do , protect their fighter from severe injury , when Ricky stood up after the first knockdown he was really hurt , the punches after that from Floyd were clean and precise , its at these times someone can get really hurt , they did the right thing but Rick never quit the fight .
