Its possible Mayweather would survive and win on shots landed but I'm thinking Mayweather would start to take some serious punishment late in the fight.

I didn't see this post but it's crazy. I gave Hatton 4 rounds, and I think this is on the generous side of things. I had him a point ahead after the sixth, the same as Lederman, but then he seemed to abandon his gameplan and stop boxing, and thereafter got taken apart. I have no idea how you could have had Ricky ahead in the tenth, I had him two points down (but he was doing good work in the tenth).

Consensus seems to give Hatton between two and four rounds in that fight.

Cortez was poor, regardless of what opinion you have of Ricky Hatton.....he committed the cardinal sin of a rereee....he interered with the flow of the fight,he reffed the fight on reputation and not on what was actually happening in the fight.

When are you guys going to stop making excuses for Hatton. He lost so just get over it. He got beat by the better man plain and simple. Stop with the wussie excuses as to why he lost. Floyd Mayweather is better than Ricky Hatton. If they fought 100 times, Hatton would lose 100 times. You act as if Hatton is the cleanest fighter in the world. He got beat at his own game. "AND STILL POUND FOR POUND CHAMPION OF THE WORLD!!!!! PRETTY BOY FLOYYYYYD "MONEY" MAYWEATHERRRRR" Doesn't that sound beautfiul....LOL!!! Don't hate the player...hate the game LMAO!!!
