Arum's horns have really been exposed. Props again to Oscar and Golden boy promotions and Lou Dibella promotions, on showing us how it is supposed to be done. Look at the Heavyweight division of today. Thats Don Kings impact as of today not yesterday.

Bob Arum only made Margo fight Paul Williams when the WBO made a threat to take away his title for not fighting his mandatory. So looks what happens next after Margo lose to Williams, Arum puts him in with Golden over the hill - never has been Johnson
and now Arum says because of what Margo did to Johnson he is back to being a serious contender and now everyone is ducking him again. It gives boxing a bad look with promoters trying to position guys who are unworthy for title shots that they do not deserve. Beside cintron an espn PPV I might add, Clottey and Williams Margo really has not fought anyone.
I think with Don King and Bob Arum having less and less of an influence on the matchups these days. Is what is saving Boxing
I think boxing will continue to prosper and will return to being one of the major attractions that it once was. Believe me I am not a big fan of Oscar, but I do respect and gives him props for what he has accomplished in the ring throughout his career. King and Arum. King still controls some portion of the Heavyweight Division and that is why that division is limbo right now. Don King is so desperate he is bringing Tito back out of retirement to fight RJJ who should have retired on top after the Ruiz fight.
