If Taylor beats Pavlik should Floyd challenge for the MW Title??

And fight Taylor......Spinks held his own.

    Pavlik-Mayweather wouldnt get sanctioned.

    Taylor is a reasonable fight.

I'd love to see it, so he could make further history because I honestly believe he'd beat Taylor. He looked great at 154lbs against Oscar and Taylor is a weak link in the Middleweight division.

But then I'd just have to hear about him ducking Cotto, Margarito and everybody else at Welterweight for the next year.

Spinks who is a feather fist proved Floyd can hang with Taylor.

I think he can take out Cotto then fight Taylor maybe.

i asked this question and people called me an idiot. i guess it really boils down to how big floyd can get. if floyd can really bulk up to 155 without losing his speed i think it would be an incredible fight with floyd putting on a performance that would make him the goat.

Pointless thread because Pavlik is knocking that ass out again. Plus, if you haven't realized, this is a non title fight at 166. Even if Taylor wins, he doesn't win any titles.

to big. Id like to see it thought i guess, cause if he could do itd be tremendous.

But Spinks is very fidgety and runny. like, he's all over the pace, which makes him hard to hit.

Mayweather has a bad habit of going back to the ropes and covering up.

Taylor can hit so... i mean Mayweather could get nailed by Taylor and Taylor is gonna be bigger and stronger and will hit a lot harder...

Yes because if he wins the middleweight title and retires undefeated, he is without a doubt the greatest of all time

I wouldn't mind seeing him trying to do it against Taylor, if Spinks could hold his own against Taylor, I could actually see Mayweather beating him.
