Zab is one of the best fighters around for the 1st 4-5 rounds. He not only has speed but he has devastating power. It's so problematic that even Mayweather had serious trouble with Zab inside 5.

The problem with Zab is lack of discipline, and to some degree lack of will/heart. He quits in the ring. Perhaps it's due to his explosive style leaving him drained, but whatever it is it leaves a question mark of Zab constantly.
Zab can beat anyone (or at least has the tools to), but he can also lose to any good fighter.

The later the fight goes the more it favors Hatton, but Zab has more than enough speed/power to give hatton serious problems. If I had to beat, I'd say Zab by KO within 6 rds.

Zab falls to pieces when he's under pressure. The only thing he has going for him over Hatton is that he's a southpaw. Hatton by straight KO, Zab is fast but so is Hatton, Zab hits hard so does Hatton, Zab starts fast, so does Hatton but Hatton keeps the pace up.

Hatton would apply pressure and keep coming, and Judah already proved himself being a mentally weak fighter. So I think that would get to him, and maybe Judah would try with the lowblows, either way .. Hatton KO's Judah

If Judah hit Hatton with low blows he'd get low blows right back.

Quintana, Clottey, Williams, and Margarito would all beat Hatton, he's just too small to fight at 147.
