After recently winning a tough ten-round decision over Howard Eastman at King's Hall in Belfast, undefeated middleweight John Duddy (23-0, 17KOs) is now taking a step back in class by facing Matt "The Predator" Vanda (37-5, 21KOs) on Feb. 2 in New York's Madison Square Garden. Last I heard, Peter vs. Maskaev is not going to take place at the MSG for sure. Nobody has any idea where it's going to be, King is having a hard time to secure the venue. I don't think anybody wants this fight and Peter's last performance is not helping.Comment

If Duddy is on the card, he can sell out the MSG Theater on his own, without those two being involved. I know Maskaev-Pater had trouble selling tickets at MSG, but Duddy would be a huge boost to them.Comment
