Hatton can beat Cotto. He could do well at ww but i'm not 100% sure. I mean Floyd is another league but he could do very well as he's a better pressure figther than Cotto. Although i would like to see Cotto fight either Hoya or Williams next. If Mayweather is to fight again, Cotto vs Hoya to set up Mayweather Cotto as Cotto can probably win (if Hoya fades or doesn't prepare well). If Mayweather won't fight in recent years as he said he won't, Cotto vs Williams. I think Williams has some edge here but Cotto knows how to box and if he proves more skillful than Williams i don't know if Williams can hang with him.

Hatton could clean up at 140lbs but the most dangerous fight would be witter at that weight. Amir Khan is only going to get bigger and stronger and could be there in the next year or two.
