yeah I always say that counterpunch is the worst punch because of that. It really underrated punch with a KO power.

two things that come to a counterpunch power
1- The oppenet dont see it coming
2- The force the oppenet put on his punch vs the counter shot. So imagine if he put all his weight and power in the punch and it was countered it a KO similar to Hatton KOs , or even Vick Darchinyan, Galvis ( Abraham oppenet) and many other
