Plus Cotto fighting Hatton and then even KO'in Hatton, Cotto would still get discredited.. Theres always an excuse.

Well if Cotto doesnt get Floyd I hope he at least gets Oscar because that will put him in the public eye, and kind of force the Mayweather fight to happen if he wins.

all the oscar fight would do is give the floyd fans ammo as to cotto fighting former floyd opponents.

It's De La Hoya, of course it does numbers.

However part of me wants De La Hoya to win so Floyd can say he doesn't have to fight him, but not as much as the part of me that want Floyd and Cotto to fight.

It's just sad he has to take a break. I mean he deserves it, but this waiting **** is killing me. I had to wait 5 months for Hatton and Mayweather and now even longer for Mayweather and Cotto.

Floyd is gonna take a break. Like it or not. Cotto can stay active and beat Williams, Cintron, or Oscar or stay inactive.

Floyd most likely wants to see who comes out as the best welter hopefully doing so makes them more popular and makes a more wealthy fight.
