What did you think of the Ponce De Leon fighter?

How the hell is he a champion in his weight class?

It's almost an insult to boxing that a guy that ****ty can beat a former american olympian in Escobedo.

Shame, really. I figured Esco would be able to figure him out.

It looked like Esco did acually do that a couple of times during the fight. But the one thing about De Leon that I give him credit for is he is stong as a BULL. Esco just didn't have the fire power. Vazquez and Marquez got power in spades, and are both great tatical fighters. They would eat De Leons lunch.

I thought it was boring... I thought Ponce didn't look good. Base off that performance I think he is the "weakest link" out of the four champions. But his opponent didn't help things either. He should of and could of done so much more.

I think he is a type of fighter which called cheese ball champion he got alot of cons depend on certain things but not the other.

I seen him put alot of his bodyweight into the punch which is just waiting for it to be countered someday.

I have NEVER seen anyone like De Leon. I basically just gave rounds to Escobedo because I did not want a guy that fights like that to be a champ. He obviously has great KO power because Escobedo did not like getting involved even when the guy was swinging the widest most telegraphed punches I have ever seen. Like another guy said he is big at the weight and strong!....their surely has to be about 5 guys in his weight class who canbeat him..surely?
