    Could FM fight at Middleweight???

Could he win a title there????

Noone can disagree that Floyd Mayweather is such an amazing boxer.

Six world titles in five different weight classes, Never been down (that crappy hand problem one doesn't count) and undefeated.

    Thats truely amazing.

I don't think he would have a hope in hell at middleweight.

After seeing the power he had which I thought was non existant possibly. I would still like him to fight Cotto but yeah, I think he can beat some good Middleweight fighters but not the likes of Taylor,Pavlik and Abraham.

Yes, he can. To bad he doesn't want to test his skills to the fullest. But then again its not like he's taken on everybody that posed a threat.

Im glad sombody brough up his "so called brittle hands" if he had brittle hands he would have been ineffective v. Delahoya and Hatton but he didn't seem to have any hand problems at all which makes me belive the only time he has hand problems is when he looks like **** in a fight, and we know its been many times, as we know he's complained many times about his hands. Reality check for floyd, "all fighters have hand problems - George Foreman"

It's possible, just like when RJJ went of to the heavy wieght division. I'd imagine PBF would have to "carefully" pick his opponet before making such a move. The question would be..."could he consistly fight as a middleweight"? That's a big NO!

He could do it, but he's only 5ft 8ins, so he'd be a pretty small MW.

I've said it for two years. If he becomes middleweight champ, he is the greatest fighter of all time bar none. I care what no "expert" or message board poster says. He is downright the greatest ever if he does it. I think he should try.
