I for one don't think either deserve Floyd unless they do some sort of elimination set up like Pavlik and Miranda did for Taylor's Title.

Both would give mayweather problems, I actually see both beating Mayweather. I never felt like Hatton stood a chance against Mayweather.

Though I can pick out each of their flaws which floyd mayweather could take advantage of.

Cotto: His defense and offense works for him but I don't think he is exactly a fast boxer(hand speed wise) But then again, look how cotto beat a fast boxer like zab judah and shane mosley... hmmm...

Paul Williams: He has great speed and his arm reach is amazing but I feel defense wise Paul Williams is there to hit because I feel his defense isn't all that great.

I think Cotto would do better than Williams only due to the fact that he'd pressure Mayweather and take him out of his game like Hatton had Mayweather in the first.

paul williams volume and speed could give money may some problems, cotto is solid, they bot deserve a shot, cotto more so if they could beat money may is another story though.
