Unfortunately for the sport, it wasn't "Hatton's game" that was played. It was Joe Cortez' game....and it would have been the judges' game had it gone 12.

But, in spite of the help, Floyd did stand in and he did not "run." Let's give him credit for that. It would have been close without Cortez' tampering and anything could have happened, but IMO Floyd would have probably won anyway. Hard to say, but I lean to that conclusion.

They both fought hard, you can't take credit away from someone giving it their all man, they DESERVE respect when they fight like they want to win.

Cortez did a horrible job in my opinion. If he had forced Hatton to actually fight instead of wrestle, that **** is over in 4 rounds or less guaranteed. He had no choice when they actually fought.

i had the fight even on the first 6 rounds. hatton was pressuring a lot and at the beginning was connecting too. but mayweather started to feel more comfortable with the fight and start making hatton miss a lot. the from seven to ten mayweather won all rounds. he was 3 points ahead on my card count at the moment the fight ended.
the judges were awful.

i have a huge respect for hatton, he did a great job...and that showed because mayweather was forced to display all his amazing skills to be able to win.
both fighters are great, and mayweather is amazing. i already knew he was great, but now i think even higher of him.

I give him three generously because they pretty much boxed from 8 to 10, which is where Floyd annihilated him. the three rounds of actual boxing is where Floyd destroyed him when Hatton was too tired to hold LOL

If you really believe hatton cant box then I cant take anything you say seriously you clearly don't know anything about this sport. I'm not taking anything away from Floyd he was sensational.
