The fight was lucrative for both. Mayweather was guaranteed $11 million plus a slice of any pay-per-view profits, while Hatton had a $6 million guarantee.

All very positive things. Not even a beaten by the better man comment that I can remember.

One of the classiest interviews I can remember.
He always say to a fighter after every fight nothing new in that.

        He was just very gracious.

He said Hatton was one of his toughest opponents that he's ever fought.
He said that Hatton had tremendous heart, and that he just kept coming and coming, despite taking some hard shots.
He said Hatton is still a champion.

This is a blatant lie. I didn't think you watched the fight and I have just been vindicated but you have a bit too much to say about a fight you didn't watch.

He usually adds the better fighter won tonight, which is totally obvious and ****ing obnoxious to hear after every single fight (not just Floyd's fights).

To be honest, I did think that his comments tonight were a hell of a lot more sincere than they are most nights... like Gatti for example.

Basically he praised Hatton and the British fans which I thought was a nice touch considering the disrespect shown to the American national anthem.

                  Once again, you're WRONG:

RICKY HATTON is in line for a £10million pay day as the cash generated by his fight with Floyd Mayweather tops all expectations

He did suffer an emberassing KO that looked like something that would happen in the WWE.

But he is 20 million dollars richer then all of you.

When I used that argument about FMJ, you belittled it.

Nice to see you finally get it.

Mayweather held Hatton's face and kissed him.
