Beating Cotto won't prove a thing for Floyd.

Those who are unbiased already know PBF is one of the greatest ever, if not THE.

The haters will call Cotto overrated or something to that effect and question why he would even be in such a fight, as he's just ducking (Insert boxer here).

Beating Cotto won't change anyone's opinion on Floyd. The hater's act is pathetic. Not too long ago Hatton was the wanted opponent, but he became overrated after one Mayweather left hook.

It will prove a lot to Floyd because he would beat a top welterweight. I would be the first to say that. That's if he wins though, there is absolutely no reason for this fight not to be made, or Floyd to retire.

I think it has solidified Mayweather as the greatest (ever) in a lot of people's mind.

But you know, when there's reputable challengers out there in ur era, u MUST face them. Cotto is one.
