The point is everyone with a brain already knew how superior Mayweather was. That's why he was a heavily favored betting favorite. Hatton's fans are just loyal, they remind me of Mexican boxing fans. They'd support Hatton to defeat King Kong via KO, it's just a deep-seated loyalty at work.
I understand your sentiments about the National Anthem situation because believe me, I was ****ing flaming when that happened. The British fans went out of their way to **** on Mayweather, and this Country by doing so. There's no excuse for that.
All I'm saying is Hatton took a hell of a beating, and never stopped coming forward. He ate a lot of leather to get inside of Floyd to force his gameplan to work, but at the end of the day he was outclassed like most intelligent fans expected. I'd just like to see a little credit thrown Hatton's way for putting forth a brave attempt.
Hatton's fans are certainly bending over backwards showing respect to Floyd. And I'm positive that Ricky didn't share the same sentiments about our National anthem that his fans did.
