You gotta get a back up plan for the scrap. I've ordered mine through Sky, but I've made sure a couple mates have done the same so I can hop across town if something goes wrong at my place.

Just ordered mine, worked first time. Call ****** and pay over the phone if your set top box is playing up.

yep, you can only order it on the day of the event, Sky you can do it days earlier which gives you time.
My box just keeps saying unsuccsesful, reset your box at the wall, and wait a few mins then try again, thats what i did.and it worked
