It's difficult to say without seeing scientific stats. Lewis has KO'd much better opponents so I'll say what I see: Lennox Lewis.

He may not be speaking about power, just technique. Lewis got more hip rotation when he laded his bombs, Klitschko throws power shots whilst upright, doesn't get as much leverage, tries to 'stay tall' as they say.

Wlad has 44 KOs in 52 fights for a .84% KO rate.
LL has 32 Ko's in 44 fights for a ,72% KO rate.

That's just for fights, it doesn't take into consideration the opponants or how durable they were.

PS-I'm not that smart. I telephoned my kids with the numbers and they figured it out. I'm not real good at all with numbers.

no he didnt. he said he thinks wlads right hand is as heavy but quicker and lewis replied with "its about the same". anyway,,,,I think the right hands are equally as powerful and wald has the harder left hook by far. wlad is the overall harder 2 fisted puncher

This was before the second Chris Byrd fight, and all of this was said after the Mayweather Jr.-Judah fight.

I didnt see that interview. the one I quoted was a recent post fight of wlads. anyway,,,both guys usually put guys on there backs when they hit you clean
