It did. Saddler won a title @ 130. I think Chocolate did too.

But it was classed as a "World Featherweight Title" not Super featherweight...

It was called the "Junior Lightweight" Championship, as it is now, except for the WBC.

The WBC calls divisions like 130 Super Feather and 140 Super Light, while other orgs. call it Junior Lightweight and Junior Welter (or more commonly light-welter in Europe).
