Hopkins Picks Hatton To Upset Mayweather

Hopkins said he expected Hatton to "out-hustle Mayweather to a 12-round unanimous decision" in the early hours of Sunday morning, UK time.

"I see something in Hatton, I think he's the more focused fighter," Philadelphian Hopkins told BBC Sport.

"Hatton is going to throw more punches than Mayweather ever did. The busier, more aggressive fighter, will win."

Hopkins is a golden girl now so of course he wants Hatton to win. He is doing wishful thinking because they are setting up a Hatton-De La Hoya fight in the future and it will make a lot of money for golden boy. i wouldn't even be suprised if Oscar rigged the judges and Floyd was robbed on saturday.

Got your excuses ready I see? So if Floyd loses it's because Oscar paid off the judges? Be a man. If he loses he loses. Same for Hatton. No excuses for either man.

This fight is going to be so lopsided in favor of PBF that it will be no way the judges could the fight to Hatton. They could pull a Whitaker vs Chavez but no way can they give the fight to Hatton.

i don't really care about this fight. i hope my boy Floyd wins and everything but im looking at the other great fights down the road. and i never make excuses. If Hatton wins, i'll say he fought a great fight and did a good job. i never take victory away from a fighter.

Hopkins Picks Hatton To Upset Mayweather

First it was Oscar De La Hoya, now his Golden Boy Promotions partner Bernard Hopkins is also siding with Ricky Hatton to upset Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Dec. 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Hopkins told BBC Sport that Hatton is the more focused fighter, busier and more aggressive. He says Mayweather is underestimating Hatton's level as an A-level fighter. [details]

                Someone already posted this.

                Here's what I said...

Hopkins is going to pick anyone to beat the guy who beat his lover Oscar.

but Ill be rooting for Hatton to pull off the upset and shake up the world.

Do you have to sellout to work with Oscar? I no longer respect BHop or Shane. They use to be men. I would bet if Shane was fighting ODL again he wouldn't say he would win. He would take the company line.
