Floyd is a real chracter hes my favorite fighter and all..but what the hell he put on the professional talk for ESPN hes not as dumb as some of people think he is.

He knew that most people who watch ESPN dont even watch boxing..so hey they see these two nice guys and decide to order the fight.

That's one interpretation but it doesn't really explain why he was acting the same way on 24/7.

I would suspect that seeing this makes everyone judge mayweather in a slightly better light. This is the real him, mayweather is definately very concious of the act he is portraying during 24/7 and other appearances. As he says, "there has to be a bad guy", for the sake of publicity for the fight and hence the revenue generated for the fight.

In a way, you probably have to have a bit of respect for Floyd for taking on the bad guy/idiot role and the negative opinions it generates when you remember that him doing this get them BOTH paid. He's the one who has to be hated so that everyone including trainers, promoters, managers...etc all get paid.

              That's just my two cents

Hatton seems extremely confident. He is on a mission.

He was always on a mission , every unbeaten challenger that takes on the very best is on a mission , the champion thats sits on top of the hill knows they all come to kill him as they really have nothing to lose , the real pressure of the fight has always been on Floyd , the great ones rise above that and I feel Floyd will again , the reason Floyd still fights is because to not would be like asking Elvis not to sing , Floyd is of the few that are special and he will show why on saturday night .

Floyd is in his ****ing zone! That boy is determined and it looks like he's tired of the bull**** antics and forced confidence from team Hatton. Extra calm and composed. I think things may get a bit bloody on Saturday.
