    What If Floyd Wins Impressivley?

Honestly, would that change your opinion of him? I ask this because Ive heard alot of media guys say that they picked Floyd to win pretty easy once this fight got made but the closer it gets to the 8th, the closer they think the fight will be. Pretty much all of them are saying this and now they think Hatton will give him hell and wouldnt be shocked if Hatton won.

Alot of fans on here feel the same way. Then you hear alot of fans saying that Floyd is trying to make excuses now and there should be no excuse after this fight. If all this is the case then I think that Floyd should be given major credit by the fans & media if he wins this fight comfortably. I have a feeling that these same fans & media will be the one's to take credit away from him if that happeneds and they will say that Hatton was never a real threat anyway so this fight proves nothing.

I also agree with this article about the size of these guys. Floyd should be fighting at 135-140. Thats why Ive always said that he should get more credit for what he's doing and I wish he was at those lower weights where he would be dominant and super exciting. Him vs Diaz, JMM, & Pac would be super fights where Floyd would go toe to toe and look special. Then no one would be ripping this cat and everyone would be calling him an all time great.

He is SUPPOSED to win impressively, anything else is not acceptable for him, Hatton is a big underdog with a style that potentially suits Floyd.

why should he get credit for beating a fighter he admits shouldnt even be in the same ring as him?

Floyd is number one. If he doesn't make an overstated win, I will re-assess my opinion.

He gets credit for winning, period. Unless it is some sort of robbery noone deserves credit taken away from a win.

If floyd wins impressively, there would be no doubt about him being an all time great.
