What exactly does -260, and +260 mean?

If you see - before the number, he's the favorite, essentially. Or, it's the more common or likely outcome. If it's +, then it means it's less liekly to happen, or the underdog.

Think of it as.. You get your money BACK and the heads up bet (meaning even money) PLUS some.

If it's a NEGATIVE.. you get LESS then what you put on the line, in terms of heads up action.
