the thing i find hilarious is dudes like welter throwing around the N-er word and then having the nerve to call me racist when i aint never generalized or hated on nobodies race like that, i think mayweather brings out the best in some of these folks.

The thing is he has no ****ing idea there is a difference between what Floyd says and what he wrote, and when I try to explain it they just ignore it. The one thing that gets me about this site is the racism sometimes, but what can i do?

Its because people seem to forget where the word came from, they forget that usage of the word has to do with acceptance that we wont let it belittle us and we turned it into a term of common speak among blacks and some ********** of the like. The problem people dont understand is that when a white person is using/saying it, they forget who the ****** were and who the slave masters were, or who was yelling it in the 60's during the civil rights movement. The word is for us, some people think its detrimental and makes us look bad, some people just see it as a slang term used almost exclusively by blacks.

People like welter fall into the category that because they are "educated" they feel they have the authority to form opinions and generalizations on entire societies/races without taking putting themselves in the position that those people are in. In my many years on forums, there is always some person, white or black or whatever, that will throw out these accusations, or pull statistics out of their ass because they went to college or whatever, they feel they are an authority on a subject they know little to nothing about.

Thats why i just for the most part, leave dude alone, he cant help but put his 2 cents in on some bull****. Unless hes talking boxing, i just try not to respond/post to him, i give him more attention than he deserves.

I bet he sounds like a normal guy "on the mic in the studio" in his 30's from the suburbs of any US city that has a black population of over 10%.

personally i find the majority of rap music completely unfulfilling so in that case the answer to your question would be yes. if you got to talk about shooting people, pimping woman and other general rubbish to sell records then thats your business but its not a culture i really wanna embrace

I can respect your answer being yes. I also find most rap music bull**** but I also know that most of the **** said in rap music is a lie and that how the way these rappers act is mainly a ACT. So the **** doesn't bother me. I agree some do go way to far with the **** they say and do. Also its more to the culture than shooting, pimping and all that other ****.
