According to a report in PrimeraHora, Carlos Quintana (24-1, 19KOs) has accepted the offer to fight WBO welterweight champion Paul Williams (33-0, 24KOs) in the headline bout of an HBO tripleheader on February 2. The chief supporting bouts include, though not official, heavyweights Chris Arreola vs. David Tua and undefeated prospect Andre Ward stepping up in class, possibly against Allan Green. [details]

Quintana's chances against Williams are slim to none, I can see Williams overwhelming Quintana and winning by TKO in the 10th round from an accumulation of punches.
