    Cintron v. Mayorga

Cintron needs a fight for this spring after the hand heals. I doubt it would be a good idea to take on margarito immediately following the hand injury, pwil is going ahead with his feb 2 date, so that leaves a vacancy for an opponent.

Mayorga wants to move back to 147 and get some big fights. This is a shot at a belt and could generate some publicity with mayorgas mouth and them both being good action fighters. I think it's a clear win for cintron and a good pay day for mayorga.

Mayorga got offered this fight at 154lbs back in september after vargas got sick, but he turned it down. Wonder what he would do now? I think this would be an explosive matchup, while it lasted.

Simply based on their last fights, Mayorga stops Cintron. SIMPLY BASED ON THEIR LAST FIGHTS.

cintron needs to fight margarito after his hand heals simple as that.if he think he can't beat him he is only delaying the inevitable.

Mayorga declined the offer before, he will decline again. He wants a bigger name than Cintron.

I never heard that Mayorga declined a Cintron fight. Was this when the Vargas fight got postponed? Mayorga was just amped after his win, he wont make 147 again. But even at 154 I dont think Cintron could beat Mayorga.

I can't see Mayorga making 147 again. If he did, he would get into the ring last about 3 Rounds. He'd look like Morales did when he got KO'd by Pac in their last fight.

Cintron had trouble with the guy in his last fight, what makes you think he wont re injury his hands on Mayorgas head? Never heard of Mayo turning down a fight...
