    Cotto-Chavez Jr

this has to be Arum's dream fight right? I really think this is the plan for Chavez Jr and would love to see it in '09. By that time I think Cotto will have the welterweight title all to himself or even the jr middle and we have ourselves the next mega Puerto Rico-Mexico battle. Just imagine the nationality coming into this fight, hold it in a soccer stadium and you would have one of the greatest atmosheres ever. Its not even being talked about and rightfully so, but no doubt in my mind, Arum is already cooking this up in his head.

Cotto would destroy him. Chavez needs a 2-3 more years, imo. But even then I don't think the outcome would be much different. Cotto by KO in '08, '09, '10 and beyond.

Cotto would kill him, he would chew up his body in a way that he's never felt, not in the next 5 years at the rate Jr is going will he have faced someone like Cotto, someone who eats up punches and dishes them out twice as hard, I like Jr but this fight should never happen if he wants to keep his 0 for a while.. 100

I sense this being Arum's plan for Victor Ortiz.
