Yes. That's right. Whoever beats Hopkins is the man. And The Ring belt beats pretty much all sancationing bodies out there so you can't say that.
Also beating Winky Wright goes a lot more for beating then someone like Woods or Zredi (sp).

It's like me saying that Hatton isn't the man at 140 because he doesn't have any belts there except The Ring and Junior Witter is now because he is the best in the divison.

This obviously isn't true because Hatton beat "the man" at 140 and became "the man"

Read the rest of this thread for my post of the video. Corley was as close to knocking Mayweather out as Collazo was to doing the same to Hatton.

I never cite obscure articles. I only deal with verifiable and tested research that has gone over peer review. If you choose to ignore that, it reflects nothing on me. Different dictionaries vary in definition, which I showed you. Of course you're referring to the Semite thing, which is irrelevant now, though you're still crying over it.

Hatton was not knocked out, or even officially knocked down, which makes the 12th a 10-9 round, to go with about 4 or 5 other 10-9 rounds that Collazo won. Ricky won either 5 or 6 10-9 rounds together with a 10-8 round in which he knocked Collazo down, and that is what won him the fight. Over the course of the fight, he landed more overall punches and he was the aggressor throughout, even when he was hurt.
I didn't say he was knocked out, I said almost. And just because he wasn't "officially" knocked down doesn't mean that he wasn't knocked down. He was the aggressor but he was getting outboxed and out pointed, not to mention he looked real sloppy and lost the tail end of the fight where it was crucial. I thought honestly that Collazo deserved at least a draw.

Well it looks a lot less desperate to be resting on the ropes then grabbing on for "dear life" to be honest, but eh.
