Calzaghe was offered less than $4 million

Calzaghe deserves a big pay day and if Hopkins and Golden Boy really want the fight they will what's necessary.

1 week ago it was 8M $.
Now its under 4M $. DLH called it a "buyout offer." 4M $???? HAHAHA Hopkins should be man enough to say "i don't want to fight Joe Calzaghe for some reasons" but they should stop playing games.

Look, there have been "official" things saying that the price was $16 million, and apparently now another one saying it's $4 million. I say that people stop jumping to conclusions until Oscar, Richard Shaeffer or sometbody comes out and says an OFFICIAL number straight from the Horse's mouth.

Besides, wasn't Winky Wright given like, under 3 mill to fight Hopkins? And he's a bankable name over here, I'm not saying Joe deserves less money, but people must take into account that if the fight is going to be in America, making more money (no matter if it's under 4 mill) than Winky Wright is an accomplishment for your first American fight.

Hopkins only made 3 mill for that fight, and being that Winky moved up in weight and Hopkins was the "champ" I figured Wink made less.

I don't deny that Joe deserves more money, but offering a ton of money to a guy who they don't know yet if he's bankable in America is a risk, do we even know how much Hop would make in this fight? I haven't heard ANY numbers that Hop would make opposed to Joe.
